Kasaila nets a hat-trick as Livingstone Youth prove their position in the league

LYFA 5 – 0 Chisuwo

Livingstone Youth didn’t settle well in the opening exchange with Chisuwo, which nearly saw the away team in front after ten minutes with Emmanuel Nlovk (Chisuwo) looping the ball inches over the crossbar
Mwewa had a wonderful chance to tee-up Kasiala for the opener, but his cross into the penalty area was intercepted crucially.

LYFA were 1-0 up midway through first half when as Kasaila’s shot squeezed through the hands of the opposition goalkeeper. Four minutes later LYFA were in dreamland as Mwewa wad fouled in the box and Kasaila took the penalty to make it 2-0 in 44 minutes.

It was a scrappy beginning to the second half. The home team were 3-0 up seven minutes after the restart, though, as Kasaila finished off a stunning move started by the irrepressible Laban Situli. 10 minutes later, Cletus was fouled in the box and LYFA were given yet another penalty. Goalkeeper, Bwalya stepped up to make it 4-0 and the last goal came in 84 minutes by Emmanuel assisted by Jerry. It was a result that really spurred on the boys who left the pitch in high spirits.
